SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Online purchases that total up to $65 will be shipped via UPSP Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Shipping amount will be calculated at checkout. Shipping charges will not be greater than $5.00.

Artisans' Loft ships all online purchases that total $65.00 or more at no charge via the United States Postal Service.

Online purchases totalling $200 or more will be shipped at no charge to our customers using UPS or FedEx 2-3 day xpress delivery.

REFUND POLICY

Artisan's Loft goes to great lengths to ensure that the quality of each item we sell and/or promote is of the highest standards. However, in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our website, you may return any item for a refund.

Please follow theese steps when returning an item you purchased from our website. Item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition you recieved it in.

1. Notify Artisans' Loft via within 3 days of receving your online purchase that you intend to return your item(s).

2. Ship the item(s) within 7 days to Artisans' Loft. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice with your return so that we can credit you properly.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
